How can I pay?
We accept the following methods of payment:

Please ensure that your billing name is entered exactly as it appears on your card. For the protection of our customers, transactions cannot be processed if billing information is not 100% accurate. Your card is charged at time of purchase.
How do I check the status of my shipment?
Once the order is completed and ready to ship, a tracking number will be forwarded to you at the email address used to place the order.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Delcomcarwashsigns.com is committed to your happiness. We want you to be as pleased with your purchase as we are in serving you. All sales are final with the exception of damaged items or mistakes on our behalf. If you’re not happy with a product for any other reason, we will gladly address your concerns and make a decision on weather or not to accept your return within 30 days of the delivery date. In order to make your return simple and inexpensive, it’s on the house and we’re picking up the tab! Some products are shipped directly from our partners and will be returned directly to them if a defect does exist. In some cases we may require photos of damaged products in order to accept a return before accepting the return.
For your convenience, you will be able to print a pre-paid shipping label via email for return. Shipping labels will be sent to the email used to place the order.
How do I change or cancel my order?
It is not possible to change or cancel an order once it has been placed.
Do you ship to Canada?
No, at this time we are only offering our products to the 48 mainland states.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes ?
No, our shipping companies and our partners do not allow shipping to P.O. Boxes.
How do I contact customer service?

How is sales tax calculated?
We charge sales and use tax according to Federal, State and Local government guidelines. Tax is calculated based on the shipping address and the appropriate rules for that tax jurisdiction.
